B.  Prizes shall be awarded to SBU who shall have the best unique development /

Prizes:   P5,000.00 first prize

             P3,000.00 first runner up
             P2,000.00 second runner up

                           Up to date postings of pictures of improvement in blogs

E.  Basis:   Picture sent to 3ffb and site visit

F.  JUDGES:    JUS, HLC,  ASR

G.  Awarding:   December 15, 2012 and /or Christmas party.
