                                                                Tributes  (Yon man lang September)

             3.  Placement:

                                              Recruitment and training: of agents. (None is being done)   Who When

                                              New system LA and payment of commission procedures:  info campaign sa agents

                                              Internet : ano ang advantages

                                                       1.  Ano ano gagawin ng office ninyo:  AIDA ads, writing headlines
                                                           (may nakitang akong post na hindi dapat ipost)

                                                       2. Ano ano gagawin ng ahente ninyo 

2 Day 2 administrative:

                                      1.  Ano naintindihan sa proceso ng bagong pagbabayad ng commission:

                                          Bagong format ng mga Com and sales voucher, 2 to 12 voucher

                                          Payroll system;  enrollment sa Payroll system ng Metrobank

                                    2.  Up to September submission:

                                        1.  Performance evaluation of Hf, how to do this;  do you understand, or you listened to argue
                                             with Rheezas mistakes

                                       2.  On the job training evaluation

                                      3.  Weekly or bi monthly output scorecard
