3. Review of ppt on customer service, TS skills, landscaping, These need to be read and summarized
4. Visit site:
1. contruction and backfilling
2. landscaping accomplishment of GT
3. A basic interment preparation
4. Verify site for the chapel

I followed up backfilling and location of proposed chapel
He suggested:
1. Only have main chapel for construction; the bereavement chapel later on because it is not so popular with Oton folks
2. Retain original site for chapel near the creek
