0 interest environment ends on June 30, 2019

Goal
   1. To lift our sale and collection until end of month (maihahabol pa ba)?
   2. To give investment opportunities to our customers

Background (reality)

  1.  For 2019, to remedy our Cash Flow, we went back to our former sales policy:

      20% dp, balance with interest (5% per annum vs 12 to 18% before)

  2. However this encountered resistance and to go around this, we offered 5 years to pay, 0
      interest on bundling;  This is is great investment opportunity  for our buyers and the ROI for
      them are:

            20% on pre need price

            25% on interest expense.
       A total of 45% even better than Kapa's +  30% return on their donations...
 
     3  While KAPA  made hay, drawing in as much as P100 million daily at their Alabel
         branch, our sales return on bundling was very poor (when we scrutinized the sales
         report)   was very poor.  Why kaya?
 
             1. Our offering is inferior to that of KAPA?   KAPA largest investment scam in the                           Philippines...
             2.  KAPA  has superior organization, we are not?
             3.  Hindi naipush?



              DPMS which are rarely submitted, shows lack of HW and effort on prospecting
              (zero or very few prospects)and diligent follow up of prospects
             
             WE ARE LEGIT  ORGANIZATION  OFFERING reasonable ROI to our customers.   In                other projects prices of lots we sold rose from
                                                                                                                       years      ROI
                            Angono  from P5,000 to     P180,000.00           36000%      36    1,000%

                           Taytay  from    P20,000 to    130,000.00             6500%        24       270%

                           Calamba from   P20,000      P140,000.00          7000%        20       350%

4.  WTDN:  

       Can you still haul many prospects for our bundling. Can there be more hard work...?

    We need to increase our cash flow to be able to continue the phase 2 development which cost 100 million, with that we need to have additional cash flow the 20% down payment and increase sales will help us to cover our expenses to all our projects here in calamba.
