Placing all 3f staff on probation

TO    :   All Third Floor Staff

In our discussion last Thursday over the distribution and receipt  of Administrative Plan (Toyota way)  by 3f staff:    Millecent, Angelica, Marlou, Abegail, Rheeza, the written receipt of the Admin Plans (JD) and proof of distribution was non existent and denied publicly (twice na itinanong0  

Therefore, there would be a new distribution and receipt, and the probationary period will start upon such receipt, since the JD, Admin Plan is an integral part of Job Offer and the probie period will be extended by one month from receipt of such admin plans because of of improper observance of procedures

The Memorandum Circular and the Handbook shall likewise be read by the said staff
