Kindly have the following prepared ASAP as materials for R2 evaluation

      1.  Record of outputs since day employed (daily) vs targets) HR)
      2.  Record of absences and tardiness (HR)
      3.  Rewriting of admin  plan
      4.  3 book reports
      5.  Record of learning journals
      6.  Record of reprimand memos under CCD

Deadline for submission is January 3, 2020

Failure to submit shall mean lack of interest on part of the subject to be promoted, sub par performance which means the probationary period can be ended....
