Incentives will come only from where the officer/personnel is rendering work
Incentive rates:
1. Collection 0.25% for 100%
.35% for 130%
.50 for 150%
.70 for 200%
2. Sales: Plans, FS, CS, , Ash crypts
0.70% for 100%
1.00% for 120%
1.50% for 150%
2.00% for 200%
Sales Target (Thecollection targets have been published somewhere
Please start visualizing. The collection incentive has been reduced slightly
We pivot to sales in 2021. The incentives is higher.

The sales will drive up our collection. Take note that we are taking a gamble because if you hit the target ++ the incentive will be 1% or P4.07 to be given in one year
or P8.m if we hit 200%; for the sbu, provided we hit 100% of the group target on a given period (quarter, semester or annual)

1. Collection upped from 9.5 a month to 22.8 a month (subject to incentive because we are going to sell. We have proven also
that we can surpass our targets by a 100%. Economy is seen to be back to normal too)
