7. FA and MJC must strive to live up to the responsibility of Area Head: following up SBU, reporting compliance, hiring motivating to achieve targets and disciplining
staff, making sure that processes as well are followed
2. Must for RCG ;and FA as part of their strategies:
1. Hiring of complete staff and training for FS, CS,, CSS and accounting
2. Completion of FS and CS (especially for Calamba) and their requirements
