YOU ARE NOT TO DESCRIBE YOUR ROUTINE ACTIVITIES:   LIKE COMMUNICATING FILING OR CALLING ON THE PHONE WRITING A MEMO.  But in relation to:

        l.  Future plans of the business;  how are they DOING.   What happened to your CHECKING?  How are you CORRECTING YOUR PLANS?  How are you improving?

       2.  What are you doing about the resources and activities to achieve your sales and collection objectives:

                l. How do you best utilize the resources  - funds vehicles, manpower, site, money, funds?

                2.  What other resources must you require?  Are you upgrading, repairing your resources?

                3.  What processes are you improving:   doing faster, removing other unnecessary steps?

                4.  How are you serving the customers better?

                5.  How do you make your staff more productive:

                     l.  Mentoring

                     2.  Catalysts/rewards and punishment

      3    What are your projects to beautify the project/improve sales:
