I was quite amazed when we had the Christmas party at the lot of Felix Flores besides the public cemetery.  It now had a resort;  in front was a car wash, a restaurant, it was a sort of terminal for jeeps coming from the South.  There is now Metrobank in Gaisano and we save a lot of gas going to Delgado. or Juan Luna.  There is a plan to have a 4,000 sm bus terminal beside Gaisano.  Take note that there are plenty of buses passing through Oton coming from Caticlan via roro ships.  The bus travel roro is a burgeoning business.  What does it mean for Holy Gardens Oton?

What are the other business opportunities?

Our SBUs must be competitive always, better than competitors, aside from being better than before. Even the public sector is competitive and improving.  Just look at the municipal cemetery of Oton. They have impressive fence and entrance.  If we do not stay ahead, then we will be out of business....

                    Look at the hardscape and landscape of the fence and entrance.  Are we keeping up?
