Doing things right - deposit of capf, tf, and other accounts at Majorem

Memorandum:

Metrobank Angono's  chief and their area head visited us this morning because of their observation that there are deposits of small amounts, P20.00, P50.00 by SBU to Majorem Accounts.

Please take note that MLII account is only Head Office (Angono account) and that P50.00 is charged for interbranch transaction. For these unusual transactions, Metrobank Angono has been imposed by their HO huge penalties.

OUR USUAL PROCEDURE IS:

1.  Deposit all amounts to the operating account of the SBU;

2.  MLII makes SOA to the SBU WEEKLY

3.  AP pays remits to MLII weekly.

I was quite amazed when we had the Christmas party at the lot of Felix Flores besides the public cemetery.  It now had a resort;  in front was a car wash, a restaurant, it was a sort of terminal for jeeps coming from the South.  There is now Metrobank in Gaisano and we save a lot of gas going to Delgado. or Juan Luna.  There is a plan to have a 4,000 sm bus terminal beside Gaisano.  Take note that there are plenty of buses passing through Oton coming from Caticlan via roro ships.  The bus travel roro is a burgeoning business.  What does it mean for Holy Gardens Oton?
