The last time I went to the residence of Mr. HT, I inquired about the chapel memorial services at Calamba. Mr. HT said it is ok and all that have to be settled are the agreement with regards to some details ((PHP and cents?) with the son of Mr Ht.
However despite decades of follow ;up nothing has happened yet. As of late, ABB has allegations that as per Ms. Carlota Sabile, as per HT, he does not like an embalming room inside the MP
Which is which? Do I have Alzheimer or Mr. HT is engaged in double talk or Sabile is like some quarters formulating her own policies?
This is worrisome as an embalming room is critical to the operation of CMS which may turn out to be a money maker in the future.
However there are alternatives:
1. Have a third party embalming room which needs P1,200 rental per use (which is the usual practice of most funeral homes in Calamba
2. Or enter into a mortuary agreement with a funeral homes (and they are open to the ideal of being paid 60% of the plan price
The latter means not much hassle, but less control and income for our people. We can send our equipment to La Union so that we can start there without cap ex.
We can have mortuary agreement also in Oton and in Calapan.
So on with it to enter the new frontiers of memorialization in accordance with our vision
