ABOLItTION OF EXTENDED DOWN PAYMENT PROMO

Extended Downpayment promo was offered to help SBU increase sales by considering the customers who cannot avail the 20% full downpayment for lots. Extended Downpayment scheme was introduced and offered to them, 20% downpayment within 12 months or less. Despite the efforts and supports given to the downpayment scheme as per our approved Marketing Plan for the Year 2012 to boost and increase our sales and collection performance, the management decided to end the promo due to the following reasons:

1. SBU performances for EDP were not satisfactory for the first quarter.

EDP Performance

                                    HGLUMP – 2

                                    HGPMP – 18

                                    HGGMP – 10

                                    HGCMP – 31

                                    HGOMP – 8

                                    TOTAL   - 69

2.  Since very small amount were received from the customers, EDP does not improve
 Cash Flow _ considering the commitments given by each SBU. HGCMP, as the highest EDP performer  for the group, did not benefit much from Extended Downpayment Scheme.

3. HGLUMP, HGCMP and HGOMP requested for and EDP extension for May and June 2012 but  these SBUs did not commit themselves to increase the number of EDP sales.

4. It only connotes that it is much better to offer our regular products rather than EDP.

In this regard, please be informed that the Extended Downpayment Promo will end effective May 31, 2012.
