This is serious matter.  This office sent your office/s several memos, numbering 5 in all, which have not been responded to by your office.  This was followed this am with text messages.  If you do not reply nor notified this office whether you received this or not, you and your office staff shall be reprimanded.  If you repeat this 3x until June 21, at the time of the awarding YOUR OFFICE SHALL HAVE DEFAULTED IN RECEIVING THE PRIZES AND ORC FOR COMMITTING CLASS C OFFENSE.

What is going to happen is just like having deposits made to MLII although this is not allowed since you failed to read and understand the instructions carefully as embodied in these memos.

We have to end the regime of not paying proper attention to communications coming from this office.

Collection of Hataw Accounts:

The next problem with Hataw is collection.  If we do not collect, then we CAN NOT MAXIMIZE THE FULL BENEFIT OF THIS PROMO TO GENERATE CASH,   hence a solid systematic collection effort is needed.

1.  The first 7 months are collected by the sellers;   if the sellers do not collect, they do not get anything;

2. The next 53 months can be collected by the seller and/or by sellers who wish to be collectors.   The collectors should be of good moral character or with wheeled vehicles.

   We pay P50.00 for accounts of P1,000 or more and P25.00 for accounts below P1,000.00

3. The ICR assistant should watch out and monitor the collection.  Any account that is arrears for 2 mos should be sent collection letters and forfeited ASAP
