Background:
1. The above was negotiated on the spot by BGG last June 12, 2013. If they sell 50 will they get promoted; I said yes. But I countered that we will do a Performance Evaluation which is the only allowed documentation for salary increase.
2. To which the head of HGPMP countered di bale na lang at a blogpost on the birthday of JUS The offer to promote was withdrawn by this office.
3. Ms BGG was called for a conference late June (26) regarding the matter. She apologized and asked for the reconsideration of the offer to promote. She was asked to submit the required docs.
4. The matter was followed up last August. This office again requested for the submission of the documents.
5. The documents (with the reflection things) were submitted only this November 2013.: for May 24 2013 pro - motion, and the June 12 on the spot promotion.
6. Ms BGG followed up again the promotion (2 level under the May 24, 2013 memo and the 1 level for June 12) so that they will be included in the 13th month computation.
7. This office made the following decisions:
1. Denying the reflection May 24, 2013. They were submitted incomplete and was part of a bigger evaluation and none were submitted. It did not comply with the enabling memorandum and thus have to be disregarded
2. Referred to EPR the checking of the supporting documents. This is now pending with EPR
BGG again followed this up, to the embarrassment of this office for acting very slowly.
ACTION:
Follow up with Ella. to act today or until tomorrow, after which or during which Mr. Perez shall assist. or act/take over.
