The industry is big, some P25, billion probably, computed at 500,000 dead x 50t each death. This covers casket, burial grounds and services. What is our share of the market? What is the more profitable segment of the memorialization business? Are we in the wrong business?
We should strive to cover all of them. Or have them as part of our products offering
The CGS of caskets and service is low. The prices have been steady and there are 300 casket makers in Sto Tomas Pampanga all competing for the same market
