NGO of another kind

I have been against the hiring of this staff.

Of late, this staff has done a considereable damage to the organization in terms of morale:

1.  Saying yes to a proposal and then denying  the same was approved resulting in delays and demotivation

2.  Unprocessed reimbursements;   payees delayed for months and months

3  Threatening the dismissal to employees who do not toe her wishes and flaunting her connection with higher ups;  "isang sumbong ko lang talsik na kayo diyan"  And there were those who resigned because of this PR


4.  Uneven salary scale implementation.  Her salary was increased (by whom) and yet demoted the rest of the sbu and 3ffb staff.  This is not based on any memo.

5.  Lack of filing system despite the presence of an MC

6.  Non compliance with orders and instruction.

7.  And even spreading the word that staff do not have to follow orders. (what)of the SMD - not required

Lately NGO has been a bad name because of PDAF
