Creating a speed culture
Countries are plagued by red tapes, companies are are infected with delayed orders, deliveries, cancellation of sales order.
Sometimes, in the Phil, we are as country being branded as on time means being in a "ten o clock" (that is a common perception for govt officials: managers, judges, and other vips. Filipino time is being late always (as what a Phil. flag carrier does most of the time its early flights are on time but after 12 flights are usually 1 or more hours late. Reasons given are: crowded tubes, slow turn around by crews, heavy air traffic)
We got to solve this. This means wasted fuel, wasted time and wasted manpower.
