PURCHASE (Addendum)

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

           

This AGREEMENT is made and entered into this ___ day of ____________ 20____ at Angono, Rizal by and between:

______________________________________., a domestic corporation duly organized  and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the Philippines, with principal place and business address at ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­_______________________________________, represented by its Managing Director,_____________________________, hereinafter called “SELLER”.

_____________________, of legal age, Filipino Citizen, with postal address at Angono, Rizal, hereinafter called the “PURCHASER/CLIENT”

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the original terms and conditions of the Pre-need Purchase agreement, of mutual covenants and provision hereinafter set forth, the parties hereto have agreed and do hereby mutually agree as follows:

1. The PURCHASER agreed that the Lot shall not be used within sixty (60) days from the date of the purchase, otherwise a premium of ___% shall be charged to the PURCHASER or there would be necessary adjustments of price from Pre-need account to At-need account;

2. This agreement shall form part and parcel of the original Perpetual Care and Pre-need Purchase Agreement duly signed by both contracting parties.

3. All agreements, conditions and undertakings contained in the original terms and conditions of the Pre-need Purchase agreement shall extend to and be binding on the representatives, heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the respective parties hereto as if they were in all cases named;
