Uploading the week's pictures on the blog - Holy Gardens Group and Facebook Fan Pages.

Subject:    Another method of uploading your unique weekly pictures to our blog and Facebook fan pages

Situation:   We are not getting enough posts at both sites:  the Holy Gardens group fan page and blogs. and therefore very low awareness.  Facebook pictures from Calamba and HAMP have not been coming in regularly

Effective today, you must upload your pictures and every Saturday thereafter to the holy gardens group blog

l.  You will have the five sets of pictures:

     l.  IMPROVEMENTS IN THE OFFICE (PART OF UNIQCSEX)

    2.  IMPROVEMENTS IN THE SITE (CONSTRUCTION, VERTICAL GARDENS, FOUNTAINS ETC) CLEANLINESS

    3.  CUSTOMERS SERVED, SOLD TO

    4.  OUR STAFF IN ACTION (YOU MAY FEATURE INTERMENTS, TRIPPING, MAKING TRIBUTES/MOTIFS)

    5.  OUR SALES ASSOCIATE IN ACTION  (SALES MEETING, RECEIVING COMMISSION, TENTING, PROSPECTING)

2.  Save in your computer from your SD file

    l.  Open folders that reflect the site, and date

    2.  Transfer all pictures to the computer properly placed in album

    3.  Synch picasa album and Picasa 3

    4.  Get embed for slideshow.  Copy paste at post page.

        You can share at the facebook fan page for your sbu;

Use of the Picasa albums to make tribute making and featured post publication easier

Background:    Making tributes has been long and ardous process. Thus overtimes are requested for this
                         There are SBUs who are unable to submit tributes on time

Now there is Picasa web albums, and Picasa 3

Everything:    Making movie maker and getting embed codes for posting have never been easier

l.  Steps:    

       l.  Open Picasa 3, and open Picasa web album

       2.  Fix your folders of pictures.  Put them in your local disk

       3.  Sync your picasa web pictures and your Picasa 3

            Edit rearrange your pictures.  Label if required.

      4.  From a folder you can:

          l.  Make a movie, go to movie maker:

             l.  Put music

             2.  Put credits/label

             3.  Make special effect

             4.  Upload directly to You tube.

5.  Make slideshow, get embed code, get the desired size:   188, 300, 400, and 600.

             Paste into:

             l.  Blog post
   
             2.  Featured post

             3.  Side bar (using HtML)

             4.  Slideshow at sidebar using Picasa album

Use of Picasa album a great time saver.

As you have noted, we upgraded the following in the blogs to give our customers further unique experience:

In search for a web slider, the only availbable platforms are daily motion and flicker. The other one is Picasa albums which is
is affiliated with Google.

We were surprised with the features of Pic

2.  Tools to manage your picture file:

     l.  Edit,

     2.  Share:   with web, facebook, twitter

     3.  Special effect:  collage

     4.  Built  in movie maker.

             l.  All you have to do is add in the music;

             2.  From the same site, you can upload to you tube.

Everything is now easy. A lot of shortcuts.  Maybe you can a movie maker in less than one hour.

Easy Way to Upload a Photos and Create Tribute using Picasa Album

1. Download and Install Picasa

• Simply click here: http://picasa.google.com/ 

• Download and Install 

2. Install Picasa Uploader

• Click here: http://apps.facebook.com/picasauploader/

• Click on the yellow button in the black box "Install Now"

• If a message box appears asking you to permit this action simple approve (It is safe, it's form Google)

• A message will ask you to "Launch Picasa and Import buttons", choose "Yes" of course :D

• When the "Configure Buttons" window opens just click on "Add »" 

3. Upload Photos

• Select the photos you want to upload 

• Click on the Facebook button, in the grey bar at the bottom 

• Login (If asked)

• "Start Upload"

• Choose one of your albums OR create a new one. Don't forget to specify the privacy level you desire

• "Send to Facebook"
