Background:  

Despite our efforts to up the salaries by at least a thousand per staff, this was disdained staff of at least 2 sbus because somebody else has a higher salary.  It is better to be a FT rather than being a CSS.  The increase of salary was overshadowed by negativism and/or jealousy  ie that the other man's garden is greener.  IF this is the type of attitude of some of our staff, how can we progress, or how can attract more money.

Let us, according to the Secret, "be enthusiastic for the success of others as we are for our own selves"

WHAT IS THE SECRET?

The law of attraction.

Positive attracts positive;  negative attracts negative.

If just one person in your organization has negative vibes -  is complaining, does not want to do his job, is jealous and envious, then no results come.  0 or very little sales.

We attract money, we are money magnets when we are positive.

Why are we not attracting money, why are not being promoted?

1.   Well, we are negative and we do not see nice things in others

2.  We are not following the performance evaluation guidelines:

     1.  Communication  -  we do not answer texts and emails.

     2.  Learning -  no comments on blog or book reports.

     3.  We do not meet requirements for :

         outputs

         outcomes (required results)  If you do not meet sales target.

3.  There are career paths like:  submission of training materials, 40 book reports, and we are not taking advantage of this.

If you are not promoted, or get more money, you cant blame others.  You are primarily responsible

What the mind can perceive the body can achieve.  So we must only think for the best, what is the BEST thing we can do with our job even on the smallest details of what we are doing we should think and act for the best and surely, best things will come to us as if we were using a magnet.
