Annotation re Preinterment Reports

some notes addition on implementation on posting of Pre Interment Reports:

l.  Please indicate at the end of the title of the post as PRE INTERMENT REPORT OR ANNOUNCEMENT.

2.  Add the IA Number and the OR number.

3.  Type of interment report refers to:   luxury, deluxe, economy(bone transfer)

4.  As soon as the interment report is submitted, add details like:

      l. Rating by the customer:  Poor, Good, Excellent
      2.  Indicate as to whether the marker and the grass have been installed.
      3.  Indicate the machine validation of the deposit slip
