Subject:   Increase in scope of responsibilty

You are hereby given this additional duty and responsibility officially with compensation

Cynthia Cartago  -  Concurrent CMO Holy Gardens Calapan

Brenn Garcia  -Concurrent CMO Holy Gardens La Union

Objectives:

1.  To complete staffing within 30 days from today

2.  To give thorough training to the new and old staff

3.  To reach sales, collection and customer service objectives.

4   To recruit a suitable CMO, and or train an understudy

You may employ all available means, within those that are allowed by our approved processes, to achieve the above.

You are to be given additional P1,000 for accepting this responsibility.

As time goes on our capability and strength increase;
