Ateneo Professor on Entrepreneurship When you hire, do you always follow the adage that you can hire anyone who is young and trainable? Hence the adage "Hire for the attitude and then train" It is my experience that when you hire a 20+ year old he has much of his personality formed over the years by his school, parents, and community. Hard training can not do much for him/her especially work
