Notes on my visit to Holy Angels today

I visited your sbu today and I was trying to make follow up. I noted and the second time, that Engineer GCH was not there

Please follow up:

1. Bautista property:

1. Nasukat na ba; may topo;

2. May engineering drawings?

3. May barangay clearance?

4. Have we taken steps to have this titled

2. I discussed some product lines to be added which you have difficulty in absorbing

3. Let us know what will be done to the roadworks of DPWH? Shall we put asphalt grade/slope?

I noted some trash in front and the SG should be requested to keep area around him clean.

What to do with the trash? What are countermeasures so that this will not be seen?

What to do with the uneven road level?

May I have marketing plan on the GE that will come out due to expansion

Noticed at my "pakikiramay" to the mother of Dennis Balagat, TS at HGGMP

I noticed the following at HGGMP

l. It took long for the guard to notice that I arrived; he was busy texting;

2. We do not have tarpaulin at Calamba; there was one in front but it was halter skelter. The 1.255 promo of Majorem which has lapsed is still there.

3. The frontage of HGGMP

l. The grasses, weeds at plantbox is plenty;

2. Lot of trash

3. Lot of mud sand

4. The barriers are non functional; motorcycles pass at our parking lot wearing our parking lot and posing dangers to the pedestrian.

4. Grasses are tall inside

5. The old furniture: table sofa are unchanged.
