Objectives: l. To beautify the memorial park to attract buyers;
2. By having uniqueness, the value, ie selling
price of the mp can be increased
3. To increase sales and CF
BACKGROUND: (REALITY)
The following were the harsh realities:
l. Even the saleable areas, for the longest time ever were not developed
2. The work of GT even on high value days (holidays) were routine -
sweeping, watering the plants.
3. It has been difficult to get cooperation of middle officers to
implement this; all that was forthcoming were alibis, problems and
how not to do this.
OPTION
1. Do not do anything - to lose; the road to perdition.
2. Sub contract; ask for contractors Pete Castillo, Bulacan gardens
or local contractors. The sbu does not have the money to subcontract
the landscaping.
3. Hardwork and initiative by every one.
Let us choose the third option. Shall we?
ACTION REQUIRED:
1. Plans of herbal gardens and vertical gardens - I have met with
ASR regarding this;
2. Plans of vertical gardens. Where the vines will be, ficus wall
plants will be, poison ivy, and the vertical gardens which could be:
l. geometrical
2. herbal
3. normal
3. List of all the herbal plants and trees; compare with what you
have and what you will acquire.
4. Timeline and budgets.
Can we have this by Monday, May 21, 2012?
