I saw this in a movie about a sailor who was about to be buried (his colleagues punch bang his casket and then salutes him)
In the background, the legacy of his father was read:
"Fill your heart with courage so that there will be no room for fear or doubt. Live your life fully so that when the time for death comes you will not feel any regret. You do not wish for more time or one more time, because he have lived life fully"
