After suffering with many setbacks in 2018 that included low sales, low collection, incredibly slow execution, and difficult to teach move staff, 2019 promises to be a bright year for opportunities and new talents.
1. New Opportunities:
1. A new memorial park site in Region 1 (albeit near a river)
2. Chapel and cemetery site in front of the we have in Region 1
3. A JV site in Region 1V where a grant of right of way would or soon be granted
4. Premium chapel soon to be erected in Region IV (where an 11 hectare expansion is going on.
In addition an inaanak and former MBA student promised to look for me sites in Region I, and even
in region I
2. New resources:
Incredibly more experienced seasoned executives and professionals are joining us a younger unreliable people are leaving us, being unable to adapt to our culture and hard working results oriented environment (and sadly our system in shambles and lots of losses)
1. An architect well known, award winning happens pala to be a kababayan and has built quite a number of stunning mausoleum in Heritage Memorial Park, Loyola and Manila Memorial Park. My choice to make

2. Two gentlemen applied to be funeral directors who will run our chapels and crematorium sell columbarium and may formally join us this coming February and March
3. Two possible general agencies who will help us market Destiny Plans targetting tens of thousands in targets..
4. A branch manager who used to work as a Loan Officer of a major Unibank
4. An insurance executive in Makati whom I thought was joking would join our team as sales and training executive.
