Some further discussion of details

1.  We await the final elevation and plan of Engr. Ben Alcantara who has been given D/P for the planning of the bangin.  He awaits the as built plan from other sources. However he has not clarified as to whether the as built plans  is for the 1 hectare only or the entire 5 hectare.  He has indicated that he needs the elevation for the boundary of the developed and undeveloped area.  That is not clear yet because he has not replied to text messages or email.

The first priority is the Kamay ni Jesus which will be visible from NLEX and Turbina.   They will present a structural plan which will cost P40,000.   And they will present it when they get a DP of P500,000.

     of 20 ft will cost us P300,000;  we need say 3:    Virgin Mary  St MIchael Archangel,   (900,000

3. Way of cross:  

     On ritablo at P20,000 each     8 x 10       x 13                        P260,000

4.  Landscaping 

     Say 100,000  fee for Totie Argana.  Plants will be planned by him, those that do not need a lot of water, like Japanese bush, golden duranta, Japanese bush.   

     Some will be sourced from Bulacan, or Bay Laguna                 500,000

                                                             Total                              3,160,000

They have not planned for the site despite a topo plan.  They will go for oido planning.

We will have to have this plan by Ben Alcantara for the saleable plots (not less than P600,000,000 worth of revenues)

Objectives:

1.  To create something unique at the site.

2.  To serve notice to the squatters to clear the area

3.  To attract more buyers.

We visited the site today with Mr. Totie Argana, and Alex (a sculptor) .   They did the Marian Hills in San Carlos Heights which is drawing a lot of tourist during all Saints Day.    Alex just St.Benedictine sculpture at Tarlac for Mr. Buhain of Rex Bookstore

May be we could redo the Marian Hills at the bangin portion of HGGMP.

I was proposing that we put landmark sculpture which could be visible at Lianas or other parts of Calamba, Slex bridge near San Juan river, and from Turbina say 50 ft tall at the highest point of the lot  which could be:

     Kamay ni Hesus

     Risen Christ

     Holy Redeemer

       

and way of the cross (which ends up in the Risen Christ)

ten commandments, pieta, and prayer nook.

I conversed with Ms. Lotlot that the following may be needed to be done:

      1.  To relocate the informal settlers at the end of the property, 

      2.  Obtain new entrance at the Northern side. (say separate entrance for the religious shrine?

We will integrate this with the proposed plan coming from the planners of Canyon Woods (?) to be submitted to Madel (costing P1/sm)

We would meet again sometime before November about budget and project timelines.
