Background:
1. We do not live for bread alone. We live to be in the service of others: not only for the customers but for others: our brothers and sisters Christians who are not as fortunate as us. We avoid mendicancy but there are areas in society where the govt is helpless, does not have resources or pay attention to
2. Good people do good things and we are one of them. We have some advocacies: feeding program, assistance to calamities: floods, and others but that is minimal.
3. Before Unisun Development donates to the Amado Saguinsin Memorial foundation which was engaged in:
1. Providing ambulance and rescue services;
2. Donation of school buildings
3. Donation of equipment to schools
4. Sending scholars to SUC with stipend/expenses/allowances amounting to P30,000 per year (P15,000 a semester) Our achievement was 34 scholars
5. Giving awards to outstanding teachers here in Angono
4. Helping build churches. We helped in building the upper church of Grotto in San Jose del Monte run by the Guanzon, now by Marietta Holmgren. We also helped in Sacred Heart Church construction in Tayuman Rizal
5. Nenette Medved, a former actress, Darna, a summa cum laude from Babson College in Babson, now marreid to Ed Po, the owner of Shakeys had a successful bottled water business. And she donated the entire earnings of the business to help build schools; they built 34 school buildings so far. We can emulate them
6. As we are embarking of massive and ambitious expansion, let us rekindle our social enterprise objectives (ie to attend to the needs of society where there are gaps) We are expanding on multi billion growth in sales: just of Pangasinan and Calamba alone

Massive feeding program 10%
Donation to orphanages 10%
Donation to home for the aged 10%
2. Thus if we sell P200,000,000 a year, and make say 30% N.I = P60,000,000
10% shall be P6,000,000
70% shall be school building P4,200,000
10% shall be for feeding program 600,000
10% shall be donation to orphanages 600,000
10% shall be donation for home for the aged 600,000
