It is super hot these days; keep your cool

It is reported that the temperature in certain parts of the country sometimes reach 50 degrees, much much higher than body temperature of 37 degrees.  Here are some of the things you can do to keep your cool:

1.  Work early say 530 to 930 and 3 to 7 for GT;  so that you can work when temp is not so high.

2.  Wear light colored clothing;  Wear loose clothing preferably made of cotton

3.  Use hat and umbrella;  work in shades if possible

4.  Stay indoors and in the office with aircon on;

5.  Drink plenty of cold water.  Hydrate yourself often.

6.  Load your coolers with cold water and ice.
