Why are you here?

Are you here because it was a random event?  Why are we together?  Because it just happened?

God put us together.  (Tayo ay tinipon ng Diyos)  There is a purpose why we are here. We have a mission to accomplish.  And you have been chosen

We live our life and through the mission to the fullest.  We have been chosen.  Be inspired by that thought

We all have a calling, a vocation and we must be open to that calling. We must embrace and own that mission.  Live that life towards the mission to the fullest.  Give 100%

Passion, memorialization, vocation SMART need further understanding

At the 3ffb today, for the noon talk we discussed the following:

    The 3ffb staff said it is a song of love and passion for job.  We need to love what we do and intensely.

    JUS explained it is a song of vocation and there are 3 responsibilities:

    Pagtalima    -  Obedience

    Kalinisan  -     Integrity and chastity

   Pagdaralita   -  vow of poverty  (disdain of materiality)  

   Vocation  -  is voice (words)   + action

Life without purpose, or passion is life not worth living.

According to Dr. Jose Rizal, without purpose or passion, it is just like a tree without shade or fruit

2.  Memorialization

     Everyone in the organization must think of memorialization immortalization.  OUR MVP IS TO REMEMBER OUR LOVE ONES IN A SPECIAL WAY IN A SPECIAL PLACE.

   THE WAYS TO DO THAT:

   1.  Plots

   2.  Ceremonies

   3.  Tributes

   4.  Obits

   5.  Markers

   6.   Tarps

   7.  Archives

   8.  QR codes

   9.  Remembering birthdays and interments

   This is the only business we know.  

   We must do this in a special and excellent manner

   Yet we are confounded by:

    1.  Delays in reimbursements

    2.  Loss of griefshare posting

    3.  Loss of birthdays and interments posting

    3.  Loss of FOFF posting

EVERYBODY:   AT THE SBU AND 3FFB MUST CONTRIBUTE TO THE  EXCELlENT DELIVERY OF MEMORIALIZATION

WE CAN T SELL UNLESS AS A WHOLE, AS TEAM WE THINK OF MEMORIALIZATION

        HOW

4.  God is in the details.  Without details, you cant be sure it will be done.
