Di nagpapadala ng kaizen report!!!

I visited the park this morning and noted the following:

1. Personnel - Shelle and Dennis were both absent Shelle was texted that I was coming, she did not reply nor did she respond that she would be absent. How can we make them be mature in communications.

2. The L300 was dirty; the 3 vehicles were parked helter skelter (no order) Can we park them together?

3. There was no SG

4. The tricycles and vehicles were passing through our parking lot. There were instructions made to block again the passage through this.

5. The vault hauler was parked right in front of the chapel;

6. The PPA were strewn on the fllor

7. The storage room which was disorderly despite repeated orders/requset to have this made up

8. The representative of GDC has many documents in front of her table: which means we lack documents control and security and or she continues to exceed her atuhority

1. The camera;

1. Be sure it is in perfect working condition; that it was not dropped, or damaged by elements

2. Hold it steady when taking pictures

3. Clean the lens with lint paper or soft cloth

2. The subject:

1. Make the subject clear and simple, avoid clutter

2. Be as close as possible to the subject

3. Avoid against the light pictures; Be sure the subjects are well lighted. So avoid taking pictures when it is overcast, it early morning or late afternoon. High quality pictures are taken between 9 to 4 pm. The colors are ok and natural

4. Take pictures in natural setting, avoid set up or posed pictures

5. Avoid taking pictures that are in high contrast situation eg. 1/2 in shadow, and 1/2 in direct sunlight

6. Take subjects that are colorful, are high contrast and interesting

Your dust pans could be redesigned to have wheels (from old schoolbags)

and the brooms, could be halved, be inserted in old softdrinks cans and flattened to be more efficient in sweeping paper and leaves.

My I see pictures from SBU redesigning the said items within the week?

As we continue to upgrade our products, we must get more acquainted with Garden Lots. These are Kennedy type 4 lots GL. However the MP is badly designed. There are no roads for circulation. We get inspiration however on how GL appears.

The GL sells for over P100t, while the mausoleum of 5 x5 meters sells for P200t

Let us us speed up the pace of product development

I saw this park en route to San Felipe Zambales and you will be amazed at its architecture:

Unfortunately, its management seems to be lousy:

1, Grasses are tall

2, There is dirt everywhere

How do we achieve the architectural beauty and avoid its operational flaws?

Background

We have this a pending project for the last three years. We have acted slowly, there is a lot of finger pointing and the persons in charge are allegedly not doing their job. Whatever it is LET US DO IT.
