Hello Jorge,
It's almost here. We are only two days from the fourth quarter of 2015. That means there are only three months left to accomplish your 2015 sales goals. Where are you?
If you are ahead of the game– congratulations! If you're on track with your goals then you are now two thirds of the way there. For those of you whose sales have fallen behind… you might be starting to panic because it's time to Sell or Die.
I know what it feels like to panic because not enough sales are coming in the door. That's what I did early in my career as I jumped from one "shiny object" idea to the next trying to figure out what would work to accelerate my sales. What I learned from that experience is that trial and error is the most expensive, most frustrating, most stressful, longest and least successful way to build sales. I spent far too many years struggling until I found an easier way – I started working with a coach, someone who had: "Been there. Done that."
It is so easy to get stuck. When you are stuck, you can't see the way out because you're in the middle of it. Albert Einstein famously said, "No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it."
Real breakthroughs and real results require doing something differently. Whatever you are currently doing has brought you to where you are now. In order to move forward quickly you need to see things differently and do things differently and that is really hard to do on your own.
That is why every single successful sales professional or business owner that I know attributes much of their success to working with a coach—I know that I do. A coach is an objective outsider who can show you the way and the pitfalls to avoid.
At this point you have two options:
- Keep doing what you're currently doing and keep getting the results you are currently getting.
- Learn from someone who has been there and done it. Skip the trial and error, learn what works and skyrocket your sales.

We have to set our mind in a positive way in making a plan and action to meet our goal. The coming Nov. 1 is a way for us to meet our goal, we have to decide what we our going to offer for our prospects and clients. Our products was already useful and known for others, we just need to push ourselves in striving to meet our target by using our techniques and encouraging our agents to move forward.

Positive thinking is a key to success, as a marketing i will make a plan for the coming Nov. 1 which is a big opportunity for us to meet our target and to push the agents to sell more. Selling is a way for us to be successful in life, more on the business are successful because they are inspired and having a desire in their hearts to be successful.
