Notes:

1. Our budget for COGs:  say interment, payment for cremation, ash crypts should not exceed 60%.  We strive for discounts 

2.  Forms to be used:    Addendum for Stand alone services

                                     PPA for packages

3.  Should the there be request for 5 years to pay, upon the approval of the Head Office, the customer, upon buying PIS may be allowed to do so.

4.  Outright commission is allowed here 

4.  The SBU is allowed to collect com here outright:

     1. Only for CSS 2

     2.  The CMO can get ORC of 0.5% for all sales

5.  Only SBUs who can comply with the following shall be allowed this privilege:

    1.  No pending PPA 

    2. They have complete staff including SFC

    3. The SFC and or its staff shall pass the exam for abstract and positng

6.  SBUs shall be allowed to sell this until such time that the Memorial Plan Company shall be licensed to sell such products
