    Sir regarding po sa Nov. 1 event iunuuna na po namin pinturahan mga gutter. Nagemail din po ako ng P.O for fence papipinturahan din po. Regarding naman po sa budget naemail ko na din po sa a/p . Inaantay na lang po namin na maaprobahan at maforward sa amin budget. Nakalagay na po doon mga gagamitin sa maintenance ng C.R, Food, Mass, banderitas, gagamiting garbage bag for waste materials. Nagemail na din po ako ng P.O for tarpaulin ng mga parking signs & other signages re; traffic rules.

    Good am Sir!

    Nag-send na po kami ng mga P.O. para sa banderitas, flaglets, at iba pa. Ang naibigay na po na budget ay yung sa zebra sign. Nai-send na rin po request para sa budget ng November 1 para sa food, mass, site appearance at iba pa. Approval nalang po ang kailangan at madeposit yung budget.

    Good day!

    As for Preparation for November 1

    October 4, 2016 nagpaschedule na po ako sa St. Jerome Parish para s misa sa Nov. 1 at nakausap ko narin po ang mag seset up ng sound system, banderitas ginagawa na po ngayon, mga pintura for zebra sign at para sa likod ng apartment bibilhin pa po nila mam, by next week po magpipintura na po, mga cleaning materials nabili na po ni mam, nagkabit na din po kami sa entrance ng tarpaulin kung kelan pwedeng maglagay ng tent, wait ko na lang po si ma'am elvie para sa food for Nov 1, at Ma'am Madel for Promo para makapag text blast po kami sa mga clients. Ngayon po nagbabrushcutter po at naglalandscape sa boung Memorial Park as preparation for Nov 1

    Na email ko napo mga for PO for zebra sign, metal hallide, cr repair and ceilng of guard house, open drainage, mga signage at mga JO hinihintay ko nlng po approval.

    Ang Holy Gardens Greenhills po ay nagpintura kanina umaga po ganun din po ang Holy Gardens Oton (3days na walang internet connection). At yung promo for All Saints Day ay ididiscuss po sa amin sa monday. Thank you.

    Naipresent ko na po kay Mam madel yung mga PO for November 1 preparation, ina antay ko na lang po na maibalik sakin na may approval para po ma processes na.
