PAGSASANAY SA TAGUMPAY
These were the things noted in my visit to Pangasinan and La Union last Monday and yesterday, Tuesday. These need to be attended to ASAP. These are reflections of the care and leadership of the staff and those in charge in those areas... More leadership and more supervision is needed:

Ipagawa ito. Ang Patrol ng Panga ipapadala dito habang ipinagagawa ito. TPM needed. Panay bangga ang sasakyan. Mahigit na P500,000 halaga nito. Bakit pinabayaan?
