What:    We met with CSS sometime ago last Month to plan improvements in 
             interment service and sustaining the standards contained in the checklist

             Mr. Bien was assigned as the lead man to communicate and 
             report and update this office on the  execution of the action program for
             said Kaizen

Reality:   Mr. Bien has not managed to talk even  to the nearest SBU, and vice
              versa

WTDN:   Action na.  Do it na. Just do it.  Puwede ba?

             Reply to this email.  Report to Mr. Bien.  Mr. Bien collate the report and
             update this office weekly.  NTE will be sent to those who  will not comply
