Updated Instructions on Operation of Holy Gardens of Crematorium
1. Objectives:
1. To provide affordable memorialization services to the majority of our populace (being the cheapest form of interment)
2. To make communities safe by having quick sanitary and hygienic interment for covid infected victims
3. To earn revenues, recover investment in crematorium (P20M+ in all)
2. Reality
1. We have invested P20M in total in cremation, pending for almost 2 years all ready;
2. We promised to inaugurate in January 2020; we are still ranting and talking about this;
3. A crematorium in Angono is having a field day, running 24 hours a day, and with cases up the roofs: 100+ a month reaping in aboutu P13 million from February to July. What do we have?
4. We are unable to act fast, work together as a team, and produce results.. So that we may survive this pandemic

7. Sharpen hiring and operational details as benchmarked from Angono
8. Obtain technicians for maintaining the crematorium (from San Jose)
Purchase spares: burners, bricks, control
5. Upgrades in our procedures:
1. Manpower:
1. Train in batches for security and back up (especially if we run 24/7)
2. Only one year term at cremation. Job rotation in one year.

5. The technician shall not entertain query on prices etc and focus on his job.
6. Compensation
1. When volume is yet low less than 30 a month, we seek part time staff: 1% cremation fee, helper is P150.00 per
2. If 30 or more a month, fixed salary minimum + overtime and night differential. Those for night shift shall get night differential

This marks the start of weakening of the casket market, but firm use of chapel services.... Cremation will be the new normal... But
services, viewing, and more of tributes will gain importance and prominence
