Merit increases
In our old memo there were mention of merit increases based on certain completion:
1. Passing licensure exams Engineering Accountancy - 1 level
2. MBA - 2 level
3. Software to simplify and reduce transaction cost - 1 level
4. Handbook and manual completion 1 level
5. Completion of projects 1 level
The projects that can fall under this and subject to completion (everything is in place and producing revenues, the obstacles have been overcome) are as follows:
1. CMS for Pangasinan La Union, Calamba
2. Crematorium in Pangasinan, La Union and Calamba
3. BC in Pangasinan, La Union, at Calapan
4. Videoke (in Panga, La Union and Calamba)
5. Land rover in Pangasinan (c/o Ronnie)
Do not complain criticize if you are not promoted because you were left behind because you did not do anything
