This is a one stop shop, each product creating synergy with one another.  You have a plot:   now we can provide you with funeral service. If you want a cheaper modern alternative, we can provide you with cremation and columbary vault

By having CMCS (chapel services for instance) we strengthen our positioning to sell Destiny Plans.  By selling pre need plans, we assure  continued business of CMCS.  You do not have to run after cadavers at Morgues and ambulances.   Your future sales is assured.

CMCS alternatives:

1.  A foreclosed hotel in Angono.

       3.  Lack of flexibility and correct fit being formerly a hotel

Can we benchmark these businesses?

I saw their park all ready and showed their appearance.   I suppose it is all talk but we have to walk the talk:

       Action Plan:

      1.  Improve office:  furniture interior design, lighting

      2.  Improve staff:   uniform, training, attitude.

          Can this be done?






       1.    This is memory display. Let us continue doing this

       2.  During dalaw paburol or tribute, we can have our DVD, sound system have pleasant songs done at a little over 1/4 total volume of nice music:   praise religious,   or let Android play the music via high fidelity speakers.  We can invest in this.  (Mam MRS has one)
