Note :
Php300 One-time policy fee applies per plan.
Plan is Fully Assignable.
* First - Call Pick up : Pick up body from the hospital/residence within Metro Manila (25KM Radius) *Mortuary Service : Embalming and preparations of the deceased.
           Regular Chapel - can accommodate 50pax +
           Premiere Chapel - can accommodate 100pax +
*Food Package: For 100persons for Iris, Primrose and Magnolia; For 150persons for Edelweiss


Age Requirement: 
Orchid : 18-75 years old for 1-pay
             10-65 for 5-pay
Other Plans : 18-75 years old for 1-pay
                      18-70 for 5-pay

*Subject to availability of items and venue. In the event that any element of the packages is not available at the time of service, we shall provide a substitute of identical or superior quality.
*This contract and its benefits may not be transferred or assigned to another person or entity within thirty (30) days from the purchase of the same or its transfer or assignment to another party. Any such transfer or assignment that does not comply with the restrictive period shall be considered void.

3.  To rationalize financial management and documentation

Reality:

1.  Buyers buy because of low cash out

2.  JJ Atencio 8889 housing was a game changer because of low dp and efficient collection platform

1.  DP of only 2%, 25% on the balance, payable for 5 years;

   Thus:

   P50,000 TLP

   2% dp   -        P1,000

  Balance  -   49,000 x 1.25/60

MA   -            1,020

2.  Com:

   Shall be outright but from a petty commission fund of P30,000 to be replenished outright with submission of copy of PPA, copy of OR, and CV

For GE they shall be still paid in check, but within 7 days payment for duly accredited SE (may SEAD)

Office staff, because of what happened, including comptrollers are not allowed to benefit from this system.

3.  Collection shall be through banks:

PR or OR shall be based on validated deposit slips .  By middle of 2016, our staff shall not be allowed to handle cash collection
