We had great PE this morning at Wawa Lakeside Park

                                        Preparing for the banca ride at Lakeside

We had 3 great activities:

1.  Joining the free public aerobics:  Ella, Fermin and Cindy (and me)

2.  Zipline ride for the hold outs:   Aileen, Fermin and repeat for Cindy (we were charged for 3 only)

3. Banca ride around the the lakeside park;  only P20.00 each and lasted for about 20 minutes.

P.E at Wawa Lakeside (Angono, Rizal)

Zumba Dance involves dance and aerobic elements. Zumba's choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo and martial arts. Squats and lunges are also included. Zumba Fitness, an organization that sells Zumba videos and products, does not charge licensing fees to gyms or fitness centers.Approximately 14 million people take weekly Zumba classes in over 140,000 locations across more than 185 countries
