The 3f jm staff held its PE today at Marian Hills, San Carlos Heights Binangonan, Rizal It is a remarkable day because Mam Madel for the first time ever joined the PE.  Sign of leadership and unity.

The two trainees from La Union Memorial Park together with Mam Cherish de la Cruz, the current HR in charge, climbed up San Carlos Heights Antenna, 6:30 to 8:00 today.   They met at Sacred Heart Parish Church.   JUS as usual, joined the trainees on a Mt. Bike.

What was learned:

1.  Clarity of purpose

2.  Goal setting

3,  Working hard to achieve, reach that goal;

4.  Taking the road to reach your goal, instead of finding out other ways.

We had the PE today, and thanks God the rain stopped, at Marian Hills San Carlos Heights.   Ma. Chris was the first to arrive followed by yours truly, and then Isa and Maricel.  Very good 3ffb staff! For the first time I am happy about your punctuality.   We walked up the difficult road up water tank.

Mercy arrived when we were near the water tank.  Most of them hiked up this route, site for the first time

Mercy was late.  A tricycle brought her up near the water tank. She had an advantage!

We reached the Marian HIlls and we were allowed only up to the chapel because according to the staff, it is slippery a the other attraction.

I  met Totie the contractor who is a sculptor and owner at least 100 higantes in Angono.  We were supposed to have a deal last January but he was busy.
