                                           Back view of Premium van

1. Objectives:

        1.  To level up IS and CMCS which are GP generators
        2.  To generate more IS and  CMCS revenues to generate more NCR and more NCR
              incentives

2.  Execution of the plans

As was planned and envisioned the first two of the three new vehicle acquisition to level up our CMCS were delivered by Nissan Mandaluyong, paid for  in cash to be amortized by the SBU

1.  Nissan Urvan 350 12 seater   for Holy Gardens Pangasinan
2.  Nissan Urvan 350 12 seater Premium for Holy Gardens Calamba

     In the meantime, the Crosswind of  Calamba shall be sent to Calapan;
     the Crosswind of Pangasinan shall be used at Malasiqui.

    In due time, as we acquire the Navarra for Morong, the DMax shall be sent to La Union

Nissan is known for strong aircon (Calsonic)   The aircon of the above are designed to cool everyone equally. For the ordinary, the aircon is lined up lengthwise vs the across lay out of most vans.

For the Premium the aircon is directed towards each individual seat, is tall and spacious and passengers can walk up straight as in a bus.

     They will be used to tow karuwahe for GE and Niche  buyers for interment service;
     and in lieu of hearse for CMCS.

    While towing the karuwahe, the  bereaved family rides in the  airconditioned comfort of the van

WTDN:  Action Plans

     1.   Execution of PN by Calamba and Panga in favor  of the cash buyers:  4.5% per annum for 3 years
     2    Execution of PN by Calapan  for Calamba, by Malasiqui for Pangasinan
     3.  Hiring of drivers;
     4.  Training of driver on TPM (proper care of vehicles)
     5.  Installation of tow bar (not hook) preferably after market (not fabricated by Nissan ) or other suppliers for neater appearance

Stop being or feeling being a victim

BE a BIDDA: "BELIEVE, INSPIRE, DREAM, DO ACHIEVE"

The typhoon brings out the best and worst in people.  The best when they help the victims;   worse when people see themselves as victims.

Today we saw and experienced several victims:

1.  One did not go to office because they may have flood damage;

2. One left her gear and could not go home because of flood (ankle deep)

3. One texted that the local govt advised all govt agencies to go home (as if Holy Gardens was a govt agency) And the information was not even done through channels or proper lines of communication

We need to attend to our assets safety and security.  In the past we have involved ourselves heavily in assisting those who suffered from calamities. We are not victims.
