Notes on Making a Post as related to Quality and Customer Service

"I listen and I forget, I see and remember, I experience and I understand"

I am not a techie but I understand the meaning of complete and good work.  If by any means I can detect the attitude and work habits of our staff, it is by the way they make their post.  I can detect lack of enthusiasm, lack of patience  and perseverance , and by large dedication of quality and customer service.  I have been repeating time and time again that compared to an email, the blog must face the world as an audience.  Therefore be careful when making a blog post:   check spelling, format, complete labels, location,   be sure there is a story.  Tell  a story.  Make the blog post tell a story, completely and in an attractive way.  Huwag basta basta.

Ang klase ng mali sa blogpost, iyon din ang mali pagpaplano at execution, sa CV, sa IF, sa interment, at sa iba pang mga bagay.  Mga namumuno, PLEASE CHECK THE BLOGPOST.  Please be a leader, be a supervisor to your staff.

AND ABOVE ALL PLEASE READ THIS WELL AND CAREFULLY

I want to see improvement.

Huwag pa ulit ulit ang mali.  (Kagaya sa griefshare maliliit na naman ang post)
