1.  Topiary.  Hamp has done this well.   Iyong tabi ng office sa Panga at Calamba, try to do this

2.   Brightly colored bougainvilla for shrubs near the wall or even along roadways:   Mr and Ms.  Red, Orange,    Sa NLEX ang ganda ng effect nito

3. Fuel tank for crematorium:     old surplus tank from recon importer:  nilagyan ng visible fuel level, clear indicator,   may stand, may fuel pump filter and cleaner:  to service both crematorium and genset (standby)

4.   Use of tractors (brand new) for servicing diggings and excavation.  Kulang na P900,000 ito from kubota.  Some suppliers have backhoe for easier digging, Kaya ng 1 day so that we can save sa excavation costs.  Pataas ng pataas ang singil.  Applicable sa La Union, Panga and Calamba

5.  Para competitive tayo sa Panga, may keyboard sa pick up truck, 

     1.  Ipadala swap with NV 350 para may pick up
     2.  Invest sa inverter;
     3.  Sell technics natin sa Panga o bumili ng key board
     4.  Ihanda isang speaker at ampli (o bumili)
     5.  Hire tayo ng singer at at pianista

      Para maski P60,000 package may keyboard tayo;  sa P90,-000 up lang natin ito iniooffer.  Pati din sa flowers.  Let us make moves para hindi tayo natatalo sa flower...

    Ipa renovate natin ang chapel asap

We had telecon yesterday and these were the instructions:

1.  Make incident reports on:

    1. Allegations that some previous staff and officers undersold the company
        by offering higher priced casket for lower priced service..Have pictures
        of interment and casket used.

   2.  Allegation that this was attempted again on Zacarias

   3. On Zacarias interment where the family asked for discount and later asked
       for extras. 

      KNOW WHAT THEY WANT AND DETERMINE THE PRICE (and the discount  later)

2. Rationalize our prices:

   1.  If there are several plexis for simplicity unify all plexis

   2.  Label our caskets to avoid confusion;  ask assistance of Joseph
       Flores if needed.

   3.  Revise our ppt.:  with regards to prices, and budget, and features

   4.  Remove some of unneccessary features that make our offering cost more
