Cynthia Cartago has picked up the flashlights and umbrella gift items which was purchased last Saturday and hurriedly printed beginning last Wednesday. The printing was finished today albeit at a much higher cost, because it was rush. The order to have them printed was given last Monday and followed up. and on Tuesday. There are bottlenecks and problem is getting serious and the bottleneck must be removed/solved.'

We had to reduce the budget for the food for the Christmas party. The SBUs are holding the company and Agents meeting separately. We can have teambuilding and each other must understand what we are doing for sales. by having the party together. A couple of thousands saved is reverse marketing. Something really must be done to correct SBU heads mindset.
There are provisions for prizes for nationwide top performing agents and they must be properly rewarded.
