We are all here in order to succeed. We are not gathered here to fail.

1.We have to change our habits our mindset our autopilot, to one that leads  to success

    1. punctuality

    2. self discipline

    3. grooming

    4. oral and written communication

    5.work habits ethics

    6. execution

    7. Keeping promises and many more

2. If you keep on doing old habits expecting different results, Albert Einstein says is insanity.

3. It is a challenge to change habits. They make you efficient in the tasks you are currently doing but which now are dysfunctional. In order to change life trajectory, the launching pad, the rocket must change.  In this rapidly changing world, habits must change too. But some people will kill if their habits are criticized

4. The injunction is for constant self improvement.

5. In order to change habits, follow the 21 day rule. Stick to your new routine for 21 days. Then the habit maychange

Reward the Doers Punish the Non Performers Violators

Punishment.   Reward the doers and punish the offenders:

1.  Let us document the offenses of  SFC of an SBU who failed to submit abstracts of   since November.  This is a  Class D offense.  Let us establish and document this offense.  Tatanggap ba sila ng incentive even if there are violations

2.  Call the attention of CSS trainee of the same SBU  in writing regarding:

    1. Being absent, neglecting his work ie not attending to interment today.  Kung may sakit, kumuha ng med certificate.   NEGLIGENCE AND INSUBORDINATION

    2.  Was given an order to report on sales and collection achievement for 1st quarter and to submit this today.   INSUBORDINATION

        For all intents and purposes, this was not done and not followed and is insubordination.

Cynthia Cartago has picked up the flashlights and umbrella gift items which was purchased last Saturday and hurriedly printed beginning last Wednesday.  The printing was finished today albeit at a much higher cost,  because it was rush.  The order to have them printed was given last Monday and followed up.  and on Tuesday.     There are bottlenecks and problem is getting serious and the bottleneck must be removed/solved.'

Cynthia was delayed by about and I hope she can make up for the delay

We had to reduce the budget for the food for the Christmas party.  The SBUs are holding the company and Agents meeting separately.  We can have teambuilding and each other must understand what we are doing for sales. by having the party together.  A couple of thousands saved is reverse marketing.  Something really must be done to correct SBU heads mindset. 

There are provisions for prizes for nationwide top performing agents and they must be properly rewarded.
