Only Oton has complied.

I followed up the other  SBU thru Glizel.  Still no response.  I checked the blogs and email. wala

If by today there is no response,  severe penalties will be applied, which includes but not limited to penalties (PHP for late response), CCD and other difficulties

This is a severe test of obedience and discipline.  Insubordination, overt and covert has been going on and must be stopped
